Please identify your unit with a page enclosed inside the shipping carton including your  Name, Phone, email return shipping address, serial number, and a description of the problem. Provide cushioning on all sides of the unit, including 3 to 4 inches of cushion on the bottom to avoid bending the amplifier panel.   We will contact you with an estimate when we receive your unit.
